With every solution delivered, ICA leverages industry-leading and proprietary techniques gained from our years of service. Always improving, we now operate a 235k sq.ft. of facilities with highly automated processes, to meet our customers quality and delivery needs. ICA continues to grow and we look forward to continuing our top of the line service to current and future customers.

Our History
1994
ICA forms, owners Donnie Fincher and Clarence Carter. Humble beginnings as a packaging assembly company serving the Montgomery metro area in a small 10k sq ft facility.
1998
Wooden Packaging Solutions introduced as a new line of business serving medical and industrial appliance manufacturers.
2003
ICA purchases and commissions an industrial packaging facility in Gunter Industrial Park.
2013
Foam and metal packaging solutions offered to meet customer needs.
2017
ICA is acquired by new ownership, Douglas Lafont and Frazer McCurdy.
2018
ICA commissions CNC wood processing machines and automated crate building machinery, with additions and improvements made over the next three years.
2019
ICA launches its own foam manufacturing division and brings all foam fabrication operations under one roof.
2020
Pandemic of Covid 19. ICA manages to weather economic difficulties and government mandates to prevent supply chain interruptions to customers. Not one customer was interrupted during this difficult period.
2022
Acquisition of Chateau Woodworks of Mobile, Alabama.
2023
Business expands once again, acquiring Boyd’s Industrial Woodworking and Mil-Spec Packaging of Macon, Georgia, Pallets and Crates, LLC in the northeast Atlanta metro area, and Hardy Built Fastening Systems.
