INTERNATIONAL CRATING & ASSEMBLY
Packaging Solutions for Modern Manufacturing

About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

Established in 1993 and operating in a cramped warehouse, International Crating & Assembly Corporation’s three employees began providing packaging solutions to a single customer. Over the next 20+ years, ICA’s hard work and dedication to unrivaled product quality and customer service enabled ICA to flourish and grow into one of the largest crating and packaging companies in the region. ICA now employs a workforce of 25 and maintains strong and innovative relationships with both its long-term customers and suppliers. In 1998, ICA moved out of its aging warehouse to its current modern 60,000 square foot facility, located in Montgomery’s Gunter Industrial Park, in order to better provide our customers with packaging solutions. ICA’s new facility combined with modern manufacturing management techniques, also give ICA the ability to utilize either JIT inventory management or vendor managed inventory services.

In 2017, ICA experienced an exciting transfer of ownership to its next generation of energetic leaders.  With the new leadership team in place, ICA maintains its commitment to the core values of quality and service, while deepening its commitment to growth and expansion.  The renewed energy and focus to ICA, along with a concentration on modern manufacturing techniques and processes, ICA’s commitment to the packaging needs of the Southeast region have never been stronger.

Mission

As individuals working as a team, ICA corporation chooses to differentiate itself though the continuous improvement of all its processes, products, and services.  Constantly focusing on growth while improving, ICA Corporation will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, increase employee pride of workmanship, lower costs, and increase profit.
