ICA is a leading supplier for military specified packaging and offer a complete line of government spec weather resistant sheets, including V3C, W5C, V11C. Water resistant liners can be manufactured and coated with repellents and adhesives. Wet strength medium that meet WPA, and MRA standards have been found to be reliable for domestic weather resistant applications. Box styles include:

RSC (Regular Slotted Carton)
The corrugated carton is one of the most common shipping boxes on the market. They are easily assembled, the flaps can be taped shut. For strength and durability, corrugated cartons can be made into many different types of flutes and wall construction (or thickness) combinations.

CSSC (Center Special Slotted Container)
This is a very strong box due to the fact that all flaps meet at the center creating a double layer of the thickness of the corrugated board.

FOL (Full OverLap)
The flaps on this box extend from one side to the other, making it an excellent box for heavy objects or rough handling.

DST (Design Style Tray)
A design style tray is a corrugated tray useful for tops and bottoms of pallets and can be used as a display tray. It is used for the following industries and applications: shipping supplies, agricultural packaging, food packaging, produce packaging, and retail displays.

HSC (Half Slotted Carton)
The bottom of this corrugated carton is the same as a RSC box but with no top flaps. These boxes can be provided with a lid for a top cover. Typical applications include: part bins, file folder boxes, storage boxes, etc.

RETT (Roll End Tuck Top)
Simple unglued box that needs to be folded when assembled. The sides are 3 layers of corrugated for added strength and the top opens and closes with a tuck to the inside of the box. You can also add dust flaps and cherry locks for added stability.

Five Panel Folder
A five panel folder is an unglued corrugated box useful for packaging large items and oddly shaped items and is used in furniture packaging, window packaging, and picture frame packaging.

ASTM-D-4727 – Standard Specification for Corrugated and Solid Fiberboard Sheet Stock (Container Grade) and Cut Shapes

ASTM-D-5118 – Single Wall and Double Wall Corrugated Containers / Fiberboard Containers

Our Fast Pack, corrugated packaging with foam inserts, are sturdy, reusable and they meet government specifications for boxes. The polyurethane foam inserts provide an inexpensive form of military packaging protection for almost any application. The corrugated Fast Pack boxes are available plain or printed.

Vertical Star Packs (6)
Type I – Style “A” – Vertical Star Boxes

• Charcoal foam per MIL-PRF-26514, Grade C.
• 6 Point Star Foam Centers.
• 3 Cushioning Components.
• V3C Corrugated Cartons.
• Products include XA1, XA2, XA3, XA4, XA5, and XA6 Fast Packs.

Modified Triple Slide Packs (12)
Type II – Style “D” – Modified Triple Slide Packing Boxes

• Pink, Anti-Stat, Convoluted, MIL-PRF-26514, Grade A or B.
• Mil-Spec Foam Laminated to Corrugated.
• W5C Corrugated Cartons.
• Products include XC1, XC2, XC3, XC4, XC5, XC6, XC7, XC8, XC9, XD1, XD2, and XD3 Fast Packs.
• Note: All Fast Packs are manufactured in strict accordance with PPP-B-1672E.

Telescoping Encapsulated Packs (10)
Type III – Style “G” – Telescoping Encapsulated Shipping Boxes

• Charcoal foam per MIL-PRF-26514 Grade C Laminated to Corrugated.
• V3C or V13C (DW) Corrugated Cartons.
• Telescoping shipping boxes include XE1, XE2, XE3, XE4, XE5, XE6, XE7, XE8, XE9, and XF1 Fast Packs.
